Building Control in this environment offers unique opportunities and challenges that cannot be experienced elsewhere and the requirement for professional Building Control services is growing.
Our team currently deliver services to a wide and diverse range of customers in the residential, commercial, educational and health care sectors covering all types of projects.
We are looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic Building Control Surveyor to join our friendly, responsive and highly regarded busy team providing a high-quality cost-effective service to our customers.
A comprehensive knowledge of building, construction and building control legislation is essential, as is commercial awareness, an organised proactive approach and being able to work in a team. The ability to work flexibly with technology will also be beneficial.
You should hold a full membership of the CABE, RICS or CIOB or alternatively be an Associate Member with experience in Building Control. You will need proven ability to deal with complex buildings and major work schemes.
