An excellent opportunity has arisen within our team at Leisure World Colchester for an enthusiastic, conscientious and reliable individual who is able to use their initiative and work as part of a team.
To maintain standards of building hygiene, appearance and lifeguarding the pools, to carry out various equipment changeovers and to liaise with Duty Managers as to other daily requirements. Work closely as part of a team ensuring the smooth and safe running of Leisure World Colchester and its sporting activities.
A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is not essential.
Successful applicants will be required to complete and pass NPLQ course within 4 weeks (training fully funded).
The role will involve working shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays and could involve occasional work at some other sporting sites within the borough.
