Asset Management are looking for an Assistant Asset Manager to join their Team. Working as part of the Asset Management Team, you will assist with the management of Housing Improvement/Capital works projects, and various types of surveying works.

We are looking for an Asset Manager to join their Asset Management Team. Working as part of the Asset Management Team, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of works under the Council’s Housing Improvement/Capital works/Net Zero Carbon programmes. The Asset Manager will also lead, manage and develop Assistant Asset Managers and/or Apprentices & Trainees.

Colchester Borough Homes is an Arm’s Length Management Organisation providing key services to Colchester City Council and are now currently looking for an experienced surveyor to join our team. Colchester Borough Homes have an opportunity for a Disrepair Surveyor who will also focus on mould and damp activity to ensure our high standard of housing is maintained. The successful applicant will be responsible for completing property surveys including mould and damp inspections and diagnosis in line with CBH policies and processes.
